Decuria - The City of Riches

"The rich partied throughout the night, over looking their city while the poor scurried through the streets..."

Some exploration for my IP that I'm building done in Procreate and Photoshop (mixerbrush). This takes place on an island where the rich people reside; meanwhile the poor work and live on the main land fighting for scraps. This part of the world is unaffected by the sulfur smoke pollution presented in a lot of my previous images for this project.
